Fees for representation vary with the complexity and seriousness of each case.  Be careful if you run into budget lawyers who promise to take your case for fees that sound too good to be true – remember that you get what you pay for.  Your freedom, your privilege to drive, and a criminal and driving record that may follow you for the rest of your life are too valuable to risk.

Our fees for representation are upfront, fair and affordable, with no hidden charges. 

Most DUI and criminal defense attorneys require that you put up at least half of their total fee in order to retain them.  Our firm represents most clients for a reasonable monthly fee and we only require the first monthly payment to begin working on your case.
